In my opinion, if electronic delivery of products is always better, it honestly depends on what items are being delivered electronically. For example, my client forms for work are easier to keep track of who has signed and how much my clients still owe on their contracts. It honestly depends on the customer; every customer is different. Some of the older customers prefer hard copies to electronic delivery of their products. Younger generation customers prefer electronic delivery over paperwork.
